Do you have your own VPN client application?
Currently, we use the OpenVPN® Connect client application to access our VPN servers. OpenVPN® is widely recognized for its reliability and security, making it one of the most trusted VPN solutions available. It’s used by hundreds of thousands of people around the world, which speaks to its effectiveness and credibility. So rather than having our own application, we choose to use OpenVPN® Connect application.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of payment methods including PayPal and credit/debit cards through PayPal. We can also accept local currencies through our local resellers. Just let us know how you would like to pay.
What happens if someone else steals my VPN certificate?
You can cancel that certificate and regenerate it*. In that case, your old/stolen VPN certificate will be invalid.
My VPN certificate expired. What should I do?
You need to buy a new subscription and download/import the new certificate into your client applications and remove the expired certificate.
I cannot connect to your VPN servers.
If it is not already configured then consult our support team or the support document to configure the client application properly. Check your Internet connection. Check if the certificate expired from your customer portal. If nothing solves your problem, please contact our support team through tickets or Telegram.
How can I get support from you?
You can submit ticket from your customer panel. Besides we have Telegram and email support.
